SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Scope
This policy applies to all purchases of Power Saber™ products made directly through www.thepowersaber.com. The Power Saber™ is created by Nextoy LLC and is a trademark of Goliath Games. Blast Lab LLC operates this Site and processes all orders as an authorized licensee.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and handed to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Pre-order or high-demand items will display estimated ship dates on the product page.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to: • All 50 United States, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union, and select other countries (full list shown at checkout)
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries at any time.

5. International Shipping
•Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• You are solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our Amazon fulfillment center.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Defective Shipments
• If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), contact us. • If the product arrives damaged or defective, email photos/video to support@thepowersaber.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including shipping both ways) — your choice.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return your Power Saber™ for any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (original outbound shipping charges non-refundable except for defective items).
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be: • Unused and in new, resellable condition • Free of scratches, dents, duel damage, or modification • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, display stand, charger, AA batteries (unopened), and manuals
Non-Returnable Items
• Used, damaged, or modified products • Items missing original packaging or accessories • Items marked “Final Sale”
12. Return Procedure
Contact support@thepowersaber.com within 14 days of delivery
Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and exact return address
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Ship via a trackable method (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/damaged)
Returns without a valid RMA will be refused and abandoned
Return Shipping Address
All returns must be shipped to the Amazon fulfillment center address provided in your RMA approval email. DO NOT ship returns to Blast Lab LLC’s California office — they will be refused.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items) • International orders: shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
3-Month Limited Warranty
Manufacturing defects reported after the 14-day return window but within 3 months of delivery are covered under our Limited Warranty (see Terms & Conditions §8). We will repair or replace at our option (no cash refunds after 14 days).
Changes to This Policy
We may update shipping rates, carriers, destinations, or return procedures at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update.
