Blast Lab LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Blast Lab”), a California limited liability company that operates www.thepowersaber.com and sells the Power Saber™ as an authorized licensee on behalf of the brand owner, Goliath Games, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit www.thepowersaber.com (the “Site”), make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Scope and Consent
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting information to us, you expressly consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

5. Marketing Communications
You may receive promotional emails or SMS only if you opt in or have made a purchase (transactional + soft opt-in permitted under CAN-SPAM and CCPA). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by texting STOP.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

7. Sharing with Service Providers

• Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and its warehouse partners (order fulfillment, packing, and shipping – your name, shipping address, and order contents are shared solely to deliver your package)

• Klaviyo or similar (email/SMS marketing)
• Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok (advertising and analytics)
8. Social Media and User-Generated Content
When you tag @PowerSaber or use our branded hashtags, we may republish your content on our Site and channels on behalf of the brand owner, Goliath Games.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards approved under applicable law.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law (typically 7 years for tax and accounting records). Account and order data are retained while your account is active and for 36 months after last interaction.
11. Security of Your Information
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliance via Stripe, access controls). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Products are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
13. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights
California residents have the following rights:
(a) Right to Know (up to twice per 12 months) what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell
(b) Right to Delete personal information (subject to exceptions)

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Walmart). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. The new version will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Material changes will be notified via email or Site banner.
18. Shine the Light (California Civil Code § 1798.83)
California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We currently do not engage in such disclosures.
